The Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) on October 29, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Periodic Compliance Inspection and Checklist.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) has launched a programme on Best practices to improve the Business Environment across states in India.
• It has been expected from all the states that the best practices being adopted by various states and union territories should be implemented in the state also.
• With the aim of providing uniformity in the inspection report of proposed and operational industries and projects in the state and to facilitate the entrepreneurs during inspection, the inspection guide, inspection checklist and the list of necessary forms have been issued.
• The application forms are to be sent with the instruction that in the future, the provisions contained in the said format must be ensured in the inspection report and furthermore, ensure that information/recommendation is submitted in the attached prescribed inspection report format only in the context of the consent and authorization related applications applied on the OCMMS portal.
